Collapsible columns show plus sign but aren't collapsed

I am using collapsibleColumns but there is an intermittent bug that if I am generate CSV and scrolling, then the collapsed columns automatically get expanded but also the the plus sign at parent header doesn’t changes to -.

This also happens sometimes on initial render.

I am not programatically at any point expanding columns.

Are you able to replicate the same behavior with https://handsontable.com/docs/7.1.1/demo-collapsing-columns.html ?

I’ve tried to replicate the issue on my Chrome 77 (Windows 10) but it works as expected.
