Column Header Row Height

Hi, I am experiencing occasionally, column header row height becomes out of sync (misalign)with fixed columns
fixed column headers height stays same, but all of sudden, the the rest of columns header’s height becomes bigger…
Can you guide me how to resolve this issue? is there a way to fix the header height to a certain number/size?
