Ah, yes. This option is for the context menu only. Here DropdownMenu - JavaScript Data Grid | Handsontable is the list of predefined dropdown menu options.
You can still allow user to freeze a column via dropdownMenu but then you’d need to use a custom object configuration and use ManualColumnFreeze plugin API to handle the action.
