Bug: Double-clicking on the fill handle fills the row, not the column

I was expecting that double-clicking the fill handle will fill the column with the same value as the value of the currently selected cell, as that is how it is in Excel.
But dbl-clicking it fills the row instead with the selected value!
Is this intentional or a bug?

I think that you may be experiencing the same situation as decribed by this ticket https://github.com/handsontable/handsontable/issues/5023
Can you confirm?

Please let me know if I’m wrong. If that’s a different issue we should investigate it.
