Cells Automatically Clearing Out

Hello HOT Community,

For some reason when I click on a cell and leave the mouse hovered over the cell the contents of the cell automatically clears out. The debugger says that the F15 key or key code 126 was clicked, but I did not actually click anything on the keyboard.

It looks likes Windows 7 users are not experiencing this issue, while windows 10 user are seeing the issue. Please see the screenshot below as I have only clicked the cell once and left it hovered over the current cell. It takes about 15 seconds for this to happen so I trimmed the gif down.

Can you replicate the same issue using this demo https://docs.handsontable.com/pro/1.14.2/demo-scrolling.html?

I have tried the following demo on Windows 10 on Chrome and IE but the editor mode did not switch itself.

Thanks. We’ve tested it on multiple machines and it appears to only be having this issue on my Windows 10 Surface Pro. I’ll keep monitoring this to see if we have this issue with anyone else with a surface pro. We certainly don’t want our users to accidentally clear out data. Thanks for your quick reply!

That’s an interesting case. It’s a shame that we do not have the device to test it
