Copy text from handsontable grid using browser only

Hello sir/madam,

I want to copy partial text from grid using browser copy in read only mode of grid.

i just surprised, because it’s working with my previous Version: 5.0.0
here is demo with version 5.0.0 : Demo

here is demo with version 6.2.2 : Demo2

with version 6.2.2 when i select text using mouse left click and after leave mouse click text not keep selected.

this issue is related with fragmentSelection.

select text in readOnly mode and copy selected text.

i want to copy partial text of cell value using browser.

i hope you got my point.

Hey @vishal.joshi

It looks like the 6.1.0 changed the behavior. The 6.0.1 is the last working version.

I’ve created an issue on our Github board at https://github.com/handsontable/handsontable/issues/5810 and will let you know as soon as we solve it.

This issue was fixed in v.8.4.0.
