sorry, but this is a closed UI set. However, you can add a custom function to the dropdown menu. How you’d like the button to work?

You can create a custom option for the dropdown menu. Here https://handsontable.com/docs/6.2.2/Filters.html#clearConditions is the method that you can use. I have a demo where is it added as an external button http://jsfiddle.net/wo1sqzz8/
