Can I do this by right clicking on a cell and getting a drop down list to sel4ct a fill option?

I’m not sure what you mean by ‘draft’. Let’s say I have a value of 5 in cell b3 and values of 0 in all cells to the right, c3 to c255. If I right click cell b3 and select ‘fill right’, the values in cells c3 to c255 would also become 5. Similarly if I right click c3 and click ‘fill down’ the values in cells from c3 to c-N would all become 5.
