Filtering usability issue

Hi,

Do you have any updates on the problem reported here: Filter by Value bug and UX flaw and here: Filters - Automatically clear selection ?

I have the same issue with some users that do not understand that in order to apply only the filtering options that match a search, they have to clear all the options first.

I applied that small hack that unselects all the options when the filter opens, but the users would like this to work like it works in a Excel file.

Hi Roxana,

we do not plan to change this functionality soon. Most of our users are familiar with the current way of applying the formulas. We also do not want them to have to learn something new and produce breaking changes.
