[GH #5084] updateSettings ignores disableVisualSelection

Hi,

Changing disableVisualSelection with updateSettings doesn’t work.
Once disableVisualSelection is set in the initial settings an updateSettings has no effect.

You can reverse and put false in the initial settings and ‘area’ in updateSettings …

I have reported it officially to our Github board https://github.com/handsontable/handsontable/issues/5084
