In My example, extra space is showing bottom of the table. Here Not Mentioned Height in First Table
In case if i mention Height is Auto , drop down menu is not visible. (second Table)

I can’t replicate the behavior you’re describing in your code demo. Can you please check if it is replicable?
We have similar issue already reported here: https://github.com/handsontable/handsontable/issues/8688
There was an attempt to fix that but we will need to take different approach. I’ll inform your when we start working on this issue again.
