How can user can copy the cell formula not the value by drag and drop?

Dear developers,

I already read your advices available at

and

at first link there is example where is possible to copy and paste cell but not copying with drag and drop. In second link there is also no workaround how to do it, only some advice by Coursera without any example.

Is it possible to do it somehow?

I tried to achieve your issue with different hooks, unfortunately without success.

I suppose it could be impossible.
