If command causes slowing speed

Hi, I am showing around 38 rows and 22 columns , Actually i have added ‘IF’ command and once i removed , its working faster but after adding the command, the speed is going too slow. Kindly suggest me to improve the speed. I already went through the documents but i could not find the solution.

thank you for sending the resources but http://mygulfweb.com/uploads/excel/index2.php doesn’t open for me and http://mygulfweb.com/uploads/excel/ doesn’t share any code (just a working table).
