We observe that the row alignment is not proper in the handsontable. I mean cells in a rows are misaligned by 1px approximately. .This is issue is more visible in the screens with bigger resolution.Can you please help us with this issue?

We have been already provided with the same request reported at our support email which is support@handsontable.com.
If you did not get the reply message please add the following e-mail to your contact white-list. As far as I’m concerned it should be in your spam folder as you did not get it to the main mail catalog.
If you will still have issues related to that conversation (or just prefer this channel of communication) we can also continue the conversation on forum. If so, please create a JSFiddle demo where the mentioned misalignment issue can be replicable.

Basically I think that the issue you are facing is the same one as described here https://github.com/handsontable/handsontable/issues/3546 or it is related to additional styling (for example using Bootstrap).
If you could create a JSFiddle demo I’d be happy to take a look at it.
