Nested headers with different height

Hi,

I have three nested headers and all in same height. But i need my second header to be small then other headers.
How to fix this?Could you please suggest how to fix it?

All my headers are dynamic headers.

There is an option to change the height http://jsfiddle.net/tshz8nL1/ but minimum is 23px for the headers
