Could you please let me know when the new version will be released? Will it include pagination or a preloader? These two functions are very important. Also, could you clarify the difference between the non-commercial and commercial licenses? Are there any differences in features?

Pagination is already on the develop branch and will be available within next version of Handsontable (planned for the first week of September).
Preloader needs this pull request Dialog Plugin: Core Modal System by adrianspdev · Pull Request #11754 · handsontable/handsontable · GitHub to be merged (it is currently under development) so I think that it will be available somewhere in Q3 2025.
When it comes to licensing. There are no differences in features between the non-commercial and commercial licenses. Both licenses give access to the same set of functionalities in Handsontable.
The only difference is in how you are allowed to use the software:
- The non-commercial license is for projects that are not intended for commercial purposes. That means no use in products or services that are sold or used internally in a for-profit organization.
- The commercial license allows you to use Handsontable in commercial products, internal tools, and services within a company.
