Table changing values when double clicked

Hey all,
Currently having this issue (only on one specific environment, proving difficult to replicate!) where certain cells are changing their values when you double click on that cell.

I’m currently trying to get hold of an example to post here, but just wondering if anyone has any quick ideas about what this could possibly be?

I would really appreciate as I do not know what can cause this issue. With an example and a bug scenario it will be much easier to check why this happens.
