When i press the Ctrl + shift+ L It should open the dropdown of filters.
The Filters needs a short cut key

I just spotted that you mentioned a different key combination than the one I provided here Filters where I used CTRL + B. With 3 different keys, it might a little bit harder. The logic stays the same but you need to add an additional variable to hold the 3rd key.
