UpdateSettings Function is not working no more in newer handsontable versions

Hi Handson table Team,
This is Arnold from KPMG and we have been looking forward to update the version of Handson table from 13.1.0 to the latest versions but one particular incident was happening and we were confused as particular grid was not loading as we upgraded to newer versions like 14.5.0 , 14.6.1 and lastly 15.0.0, so I analyzed the issue found out the updateSetting methodology inside the Handson table instance was not working, it’s really working up to version 14.3.0 but above its stops working so it’s really hindering our migration from older 13.1.0 version to 14.6.1 version or later, please look into it asap as we need to update the versions due to security reasons and this particular methodology is not working for us and I believe it’s an ongoing issue with Handson table as well

Thank you for contacting us. I just checked and updateSettings works fine in 15.0 and previous versions: https://jsfiddle.net/x6Lqbowc/ We didn’t change anything within this method recently so the reason is probably somewhere else.

To determine that we will need to see a code demo where the issue can be replicated.
