Context Menu - Submenu item is not shown in IE11

Submenu item is not shown in IE11. The example is in the DEMO page: https://docs.handsontable.com/0.20.3/demo-context-menu.html.

Confirmed on IE11, works well in all major browsers on Windows and OSX.

I’m closing this issue and replace it with https://github.com/handsontable/handsontable/issues/3229 - as it relates to regular version.
