Copy Paste All From External Source is Not Behave Correctly

I have a simple table in Excel like this. When I select all > copy > select all > paste. The data was populated correctly (no extra columns or rows added).

However, when I paste those data from Excel to HandsonTable, all the extra rows and columns are automatically filled.

How do I make it behave like the Excel does?
