Disable pasting data from the start when there are more empty rows than data

Hi,

I’m wondering if there’s a way to disable this from happening…

Imagine that I am copying 3 rows from somewhere to my Handsontable.
My Handsontable is loaded with 100 empty rows, and then user enters data.

If I select the whole table and press Paste, that 3 rows are pasted but throughout the whole table.

And I only want to paste the number of rows as it is, don’t want it to paste it again throughout the whole table.

Thank you for your message. Can you please tell me if, perhaps, that is the issue that you are describing? I’m not sure if I understood it correctly.
