Handontable is not working for different region

In am new to UI coding and in one of my application is working fine at my local machine and also in my region web application. but the same web application is not working for some other region.

Showing Error “Uncaught ReferenceError: Handsontable is not defined”

Could any one suggest the solution for it.

Can you please send us your code so we can see what might causing this issue?
