How can I disable some of the provided default filter conditions of the dropdownMenu?

Hi, I attempted to remove the option of is empty and is not empty, but doesn’t seem doable. Is there any way to achieve this? Thanks.

Hi @LinuzLim

The list of conditions within the Filters plugin is not not alterable by aby API call. You can only alter it by creating a custom plugin and using it instead of the original one.

Hi, Thanks for the response. Would like to know will there be any plans for future enhancement regarding this as it would be more convenient to just disable it or remove it rather than having to create a custom plugin?

There are no plans for Q1/2025 and the further roadmap is not fully specified yet.

I recommend checking the status of this issue https://github.com/handsontable/handsontable/issues/5632 on our official Github issue board. I will update that thread as soon as the plans are changed.
