suppose the user opens a sheet and I have a validation for the cell they can only enter the number but for some reason, the user enters the alphabet then the cell is marked as red which is good but it does not convey to the user what exactly is wrong so if I hover on red I want to show a box-like tooltip that you need to enter your mobile number in this field.
