Nested header rowspan

I’ve seen in the past that the functionality of rowspan-merge was not added because it wasn’t a priority for the nested header option.

Is there any feature added or updated in version 11?

If it hasn’t been updated yet, is there a way to fix the row at the desired location, like a kind of trick?

It’s not done yet and unfortunately there isn’t any workaround for this.
