Not able to loadData into the grid

I tried to loadData into the grid but its not getting displayed in the grid. Not showing any errors as well.

I used the afterScrollVertically to load another set of the data when the scroll is at the bottom.

I opened your demo in Chrome 77 Windows 10 and immediately got

it is related to refering to a value that does not exist in the first change cycle (loadData).
